    • Our story

      Coastal Realty & Strata was established in 2021 to give owners a better option: a strata and body corporate manager who is local, properly qualified and genuinely easy to deal with. From our head office in Port Macquarie we manage residential and commercial schemes across New South Wales and South East Queensland.

      We built the business on three simple ideas, transparency, efficiency and trust. You should always know where your scheme's money is going, be able to reach the person who manages it, and never be left chasing answers.

    • Alan Stone

      Alan Stone is an experienced real estate and strata professional who has worked across New South Wales and Queensland. He moved into strata management in 2019, building on an entrepreneurial career that goes back to 1998 and spans a range of industries. That breadth gives him a practical, commercial view of how to run a scheme well.

      When you deal with Coastal Realty & Strata, you deal with Alan directly, not a call centre or a rotating account manager.

      • Diploma in Property Services (Agency Management)
      • Cert IV in Finance/Mortgage Broker
      • Cert IV in Strata Community Management

    We manage strata schemes across New South Wales, and body corporate schemes throughout South East Queensland.
