    A disclosure statement sets out key information about a body corporate for buyers and owners. Request one here if you are selling or need to disclose information about your scheme.
  • Body Corporate Information Certificate (QLD)

    An information certificate shows a lot’s body corporate financial position, including levies and balances. It is commonly needed when buying or selling a lot. Request one here and we will prepare it.
